What is this service?
We give you a temporary phone number to receive one SMS verification code for an app like KFC, Chagee or ZUS Coffee. You buy a credit on Shopee, then use it here.
How long does the code take?
Usually less than 1 minute after the app sends it. Keep the page open. The code appears by itself, and your phone vibrates.
No code came. Did I lose my credit?
No. If no code arrives within 10 minutes, the number is cancelled and your credit comes back automatically. Tap Get Number again to try a new number.
Can I cancel a number?
Yes, before a code arrives. The Cancel button turns on after about 2 minutes. Your credit comes back.
The app says the code is wrong or I need another code.
Tap "Need another code?" on the same number (up to 2 times, no extra credit). If it still does not work, message us on WhatsApp.
Should I type +60 or not?
Look at the app. If it already shows +60 in front of the box, copy the number without +60. Use the "Include +60" switch to choose.
Can I use the same number again later?
No. Numbers are one-time and temporary. Don't use them for things you need later, like password reset or account recovery.
I lost my wallet code.
Message us on WhatsApp with your Shopee order number. We will help you find it.
I bought again. Do I get a new code?
Yes. Open your wallet and use "Add another code" to put all your credits in one wallet.
How can I check my credits and refunds?
Open your wallet and tap "See all credit changes". You will see every credit added, used and returned.
Is my information safe?
We only keep what we need to run the service (your wallet code, Shopee order number and the numbers you used). See our Privacy page.
