1. About the service

YBTech ("we") sells credits that let you receive a one-time SMS verification code on a temporary virtual phone number, through this website (https://ybtech.store). Credits are bought on our Shopee shop (or other ways we offer) and are used on this website.

2. How credits work

• One credit gives you one phone number for the app you bought it for.
• A credit is used only when an SMS code arrives on the number.
• If no code arrives within the waiting time shown (usually 10 minutes), or you cancel before a code arrives, the credit is returned to your wallet automatically.
• "Need another code?" on the same number does not use another credit (limits apply).
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money on this website. Refunds of Shopee purchases follow Shopee's rules.

3. Temporary numbers

Numbers are temporary and provided by third-party suppliers. After you finish, a number may be given to other people. Do not use a number for anything you need later, such as password reset or account recovery. We cannot get codes for a number once its session has ended.

4. Your wallet code

Your wallet code works like cash: anyone who has it can use your credits. Keep it private. We are not responsible for credits used by someone who had your code.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for anything illegal, for fraud, scams, harassment, or to break the law. You are responsible for following the terms of the apps you use. We may freeze a wallet and refuse service if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

6. No guarantee

We work hard to keep numbers available, but we cannot guarantee that every number will receive a code, that a number will be accepted by a particular app, or that the service will always be available. If a code does not arrive, your credit comes back as described above.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the credits involved. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made by third-party apps.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
